How can I get involved?

Shout about what we are doing from the roof tops with your Michaelhouse friends and family! Here are some easy things you can do:

• Talk about it round the braai, on the golf course, during a coffee break at work, etc. have the link to this page to hand to share.
• Share the link to our Giving Day page via email, social media, WhatsApp and carrier pigeon!
• Like and follow the Michaelhouse social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. 
• Change your social media profile and cover photos to one of the images below. Click on each image, save them to your computer/smartphone, and upload them to your social media profiles.
• On social media, wear your Michaelhouse gear and holding a sign saying ‘I’m going to change lives, are you?! ' and post a picture or video. In your posts, tag the Michaelhouse pages on Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram.
• Tell your story about how Michaelhouse made a difference in your life - send it in to us to share for you (devoffice@michaelhouse.org) or post it on social media.

Use Your Unique URL To Track Donations

After making your gift, you will receive a unique URL at the bottom of your emailed gift receipt. Share this URL when encouraging others to give. It will allow us to track the giving and engagement that you’re generating.

Become a Giving Day Ambassador

You can encourage other members of the Michaelhouse community to participate and amplify your impact by becoming a Giving Day ambassador. Just by deciding to become a Giving Day Ambassador you are already a legend! Ambassadors serve as digital volunteers. Your role as an ambassador is to share messages to support the 2nd Michaelhouse Giving Day and encourage your network of Old Boys, Parents, Past Parents, Staff, Boys or friends of Michaelhouse to participate on 13th & 14th September 2023!
